The link points to a directory called Desktop that probably doesn't
exist on your website, but does on your Windows box. It's doubtless an
accidental artifact of whatever tool you used to make the link
(reminds me of good old FrontPage, bleeech). The other links have the
actual filenames of the destination files and they are actually there.

Based on the other two I guessed either Arp3.jpg or arp3.jpg but no dice.
